Subprocessors

Anthropic Identity LLC (“Apivant,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses a small set of established business tools to run the firm. Where those tools store or handle information on our behalf, they act as subprocessors. This page lists them.

Tools we may use

We may use the following tools for subprocessing:

• Google Workspace - Email, calendar, and document storage for the firm. Messages you send us and files we exchange with you are held here.
• Notion - Internal documentation and project tracking, including notes we keep about active engagements.
• Xero - Accounting and invoicing. Holds billing contact details and the records of what we invoice.
• Slack - Internal team messaging, and shared channels with clients who ask to work that way.

What this list covers

This list covers the tools we run our own business on. Work we perform inside a client’s own environment stays in that environment and is governed by the written agreement between us. Where an engagement calls for different arrangements, those terms sit in the agreement rather than on this page.

Changes to this list

We update this page when we add or retire a subprocessor, and we revise the “Last updated” date at the top when we do. Clients with a written agreement that requires notice of subprocessor changes receive that notice under the terms of the agreement.
