Our offerings

Beyond the Traditional Domains of Identity

Most identity services are structured around 3 primary domains: Access Management/Directory Services, Privileged Access Management, and Identity Governance, with Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) floating around. We look at things more holistically, with Workforce Identity, Customer Identity, Authorization Modeling, and Agentic Management as our pillars.

Our approach

Human-Centric, AI forward

We start by mapping your Identity program end to end. Every identity, application, and policy, and how they are connected in between. We call that living map the Identity Ontology.

We then execute through orchestration: coordinated change across every layer, rather than one project at a time.

Agents handle up to 80% of the repetitive per-application configuration. Our architects make the judgment calls.

We deliver through organizational change management, so the program keeps moving, even after we leave.

Diagram of the Identity Ontology and the three orchestration layers. The Identity Ontology is the brain: one living model with four connected domains, Assets, Policies, Relationships, and Program. The three orchestration layers are the hands. Journey-Time Orchestration, Layer 1, carries the user's path through registration, login, verification, and recovery. Runtime Orchestration, Layer 2, is the final mile between any application and any identity provider. Control-Plane Orchestration, Layer 3, manages identity tenants as code. Each layer works from the one shared model, so the map improves as the program runs. Organizational Change Management is the fourth dimension of the practice: it operates across all three layers, so the changes land with the people who live with them.
