Privacy Policy
This notice explains what personal information Apivant collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Anthropic Identity LLC (“Apivant,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at https://anthropicidentity.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you visit the Site, contact us, or schedule a call. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We collect information in three ways:
- Information you provide. When you submit our contact form we collect the name, email address, and message you enter. When you book a call through our scheduling provider you may also provide a phone number or meeting details.
- Usage and device information. When analytics are enabled with your consent, we collect standard analytics data such as pages visited, referring URLs, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, and device type.
- Cookies and similar technologies. We use a consent-gated analytics cookie. No analytics cookies are set until you accept them through the cookie banner.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, and provide the services you request.
- Understand how the Site is used so we can improve its content and performance.
- Protect the Site, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Analytics and cookie consent
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure Site traffic. Analytics scripts load only after you click Accept on our cookie consent banner. If you decline, no analytics scripts load and no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is stored in your browser so the banner does not reappear on every visit. You can clear your browser storage at any time to be asked again.
Third-party services
We rely on a small number of trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Google Analytics for consent-gated traffic measurement.
- A scheduling provider(for example, Calendly) when you choose to book a call. Information you enter into the scheduling widget is governed by that provider’s privacy policy.
- Our email and hosting providers, which transmit and store contact-form submissions so we can reply to you.
Data retention
We retain contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to maintain a record of our communications, then delete or anonymize them. Analytics data is retained according to the configured retention period in Google Analytics.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Residents of California (under the CCPA/CPRA) and individuals in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom (under the GDPR) have these rights. To exercise any of them, contact us using the details below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the Site.
