Anthropic Identity LLC is not affiliated with Anthropic PBC. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you visit the Site or contact us. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

• Information you provide. When you submit a form on the Site we collect the details you enter. That can include your name, work email, company, role, and your message.
• Usage and device information. We collect standard analytics data such as pages visited, referring URLs, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, and device type. You can opt out, and in some places we ask first.
• Cookies and similar technologies. We use analytics cookies and advertising pixels. The next sections explain what they do and how to turn them off.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, and provide the services you request.
• Understand how the Site is used so we can improve its content and performance.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Our advertising pixels share device and browsing data with the ad platforms named below so we can see which ads work. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use Google Analytics to measure Site traffic. We also use advertising pixels from LinkedIn, Reddit, OpenAI, and Google Ads. They tell us when someone who clicked one of our ads visits the Site or sends us a request. They may set cookies and send your IP address, device details, and the pages you view to those platforms.

What happens by default depends on where you are, which we read from your device’s time zone:

• In the United States and most of Canada, analytics and advertising are on until you turn them off. Visitors in Canada see a short notice the first time.
• In Quebec, Ontario, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, nothing loads until you accept it.

You can change your choice at any time with the Your privacy choices link in the footer. Turning off advertising opts you out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, advertising stays off. Your choice is stored in your browser, so it applies to that browser only.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Google Analytics for traffic measurement.
• LinkedIn, Reddit, OpenAI, and Google Ads to measure how our ads perform.
• Our email and hosting providers, which transmit and store contact-form submissions so we can reply to you.
• Our customer relationship management system, which holds the request you send us and the record of our follow-up.

Customer relationship management

We record website enquiries in our customer relationship management system so we can respond and track our follow-up. The record holds what you submitted and our correspondence with you. Our provider is named on the Subprocessors page.

Data retention

We retain contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to maintain a record of our communications, then delete or anonymize them. Analytics data is retained according to the configured retention period in Google Analytics. Each advertising platform keeps the data its pixel collects under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Residents of California (under the CCPA/CPRA) and individuals in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom (under the GDPR) have these rights, as do individuals in Canada. California residents may also opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information through the Your privacy choices link in the footer. To exercise any other right, contact us using the details below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the Site.
